Objectives and Strategies

Business objectives and the strategies used to achieve the tasks are the result of moving through the Dynamic Strategies Model from an enterprise vision statement, to a strategic business unit with a specific mission statement, to the goals designed to encourage and promote excellence. Objectives are the specific and measurable actions designed to address the established goals, or specific portions of the goals, in a predetermined sequence. These actions will advance the organization toward attaining its goals. Strategies are the detailed application of resources used to achieve the objectives.
