Today, organizational cultures are influenced by multiple factors. Leaders have a concern for external and internal cultures that affect the success of the business. An acknowledgement of the differences between cultures is important since small businesses today have a global presence in one form or another. A lack of understanding of the customers of various cultures can potentially affect business profitability. A spiritual business organization is the competitive key for acceptance of cultural differences and, hence, an organizational culture that includes spirituality, which increases performance while maximizing profits.
