Model sensitivity is the ability of the model to respond to changes in the operating environment. Models must be flexible enough to respond to change within the scope of the operations. The parameters of applicability determine the usefulness of the model. The dynamic model, when implemented in a spiritual business organization with spiritualized leadership, is applicable to small business organizations and is sensitive to rapid changes in the operating environment.
