Ending with the future in mind

It’s time for me to make some closing comments, and draw some conclusions. It’s also time to gaze at the horizon and ask – now what? With markets, customers and organizations changing at an unprecedented pace, the future appears to be closer than ever before. Surely we must be able to almost grasp it? Before I jump to the future, let me start at the beginning.
