Semi-automatic deployment

This could be done through a set of Windows PowerShell cmdlets (also known as PowerShell script). Currently, these Windows PowerShell cmdlets work against a Dynamics 365 Business Central Server service and are capable of differentiating between the publish phase and the installation phase.

Windows PowerShell scripts cannot be used with Dynamics 365 Business Central production or sandbox environments. They can only be used in on-premises sandbox environments, hence these can only be used with Docker-contained installations, hosted locally or deployed in Azure VMs.
