I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

What is a dysfunctional organization? One definition is that it is an organization that “works in a way that is not consistent with the goal it’s supposed to pursue” (Montgomery 2016). Yet, many others would argue that, in the case of a business firm, for example, the organization could be accomplishing its goal of making a profit but still be dysfunctional, in that it is a horrible place to work.
