So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

During the analysis phase, you asked a lot of people a lot of questions and documented a lot of answers. Now it’s time to turn those answers into a new question: What does this mean for the training? Where the analysis phase was about gathering information, the design phase is about making decisions based on that information.
