THE IMPLEMENTATION PHASE
So, your courses are finished. You’ve put your time and energy into making everything perfect. You can finally breathe easy because your work is done. Now you just get to sit back and relax and let everybody take your courses … or can you? Almost, but not quite.
Have you ensured that everything and everyone is ready for the courses? For example, do the learners know why they are taking them? Do they know how to access them? Will they get the needed support from management to find the time for the courses? What will happen once they complete a course?
