Designing the e-tivity

Richard works in a human developmental role for a large distributed organization. He was charged with running a series of activities for 10 team leaders to promote electronic group working and learning together across the company. He wanted to ensure that the activities were not just about e-communication but also had some relevance, usefulness and authenticity.
