Chapter 6. Personalizing Your Timeline
All your personal information, including the status updates you’ve posted, are displayed on your Facebook timeline page. Your timeline is essentially your home base on Facebook, the place where all your Facebook friends can view all your information and activity.
You access your timeline page by clicking your name on the Facebook toolbar. At the very top of the page is a cover image, with your profile picture just below that and to the left. To the right of your picture is a set of informational boxes (Facebook calls them timeline apps) that link to your friends, photos, maps, and so forth.
