Part 15 Running Windows on Your Mac
Macs run software on Intel processors—the same processors used to run Windows. To run Windows on a Mac, you need Boot Camp, which is an application that is part of your Mac OS X Leopard software. Boot Camp enables you to run Windows on a separate drive partition on your Mac.
The process for configuring Boot Camp involves adding a Boot Camp partition to your internal hard drive. Then you install Windows on it. Windows Vista is the star of this chapter, but as an alternative you can install Windows XP.
