Windows 8.1 features a new video editor for editing short videos (60 seconds or less) by adding music, titles, and captions. In this chapter, you learn how to start Movie Moments and go through the process of using it to edit and share a short video.
Starting Movie Moments
Movie Moments is listed in the Apps menu. Here’s how to locate it, start it, and select a video to work with.
