Customer analytics refers to the process of executing analysis on data about people and businesses that visit and transact on your ecommerce site. The process of doing customer analytics usually includes segmenting and clustering customers based on their attributes, analyzing cohorts, determining the cost to acquire a customer and the customer’s lifetime value.
