Cost leadership strategy, diagnostic control style and firm performance

ABSTRACT: Whether an enterprise can formulate a suitable strategy is an important prerequisite for the continuous improvement of firm performance. We adopt primary data using 427 questionnaires for the survey and use SPSS software to study the relationship between cost leadership strategy, diagnostic control style and firm performance. The research results show that cost leadership strategy can effectively improve firm performance.
