Survival of self-employment under COVID-19—evidence from Slovakia

ABSTRACT: Self-employment represents an important part of the Slovak economy. It is also one of the areas most affected by COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of the article is to analyze the short-term effects of COVID-19 pandemic on self-employment (represented by tradesmen) in Slovakia.
