Toward the end of the first month of my trip, an administrator at a boarding school in upstate Connecticut called me a “Johnny Appleseed,” and I could not have been more proud! What a wonderful way to expand a journey: to gather seeds and spread them along the path. One of those seeds found its way into my teacher’s imagination at the Latin School of Chicago.
