Giving Voice to Values and Ethics Across the Curriculum at the United States Air Force Academy1
Abstract
The United States Air Force Academy is an institution committed to developing leaders of character. Intrigued by its potential, the authors brought aspects of the Giving Voice to Values program into its core management course. This chapter reports on their initial experience and suggests that the program may add significant value even to institutions that already provide substantial ethics and values training.
