Survey on rural middle school English education in Shaanxi—a case
study of Shanyang No. 2 Middle School

ABSTRACT: This paper is based on a survey conducted in Shanyang No. 2 Middle School (SN2MS),
using questionnaires and interviews, to analyze the present situation in this school and to point out the
reasons for the existence of problems. Finally, on the basis of analyses, some suggestions and ideas are pro-
