In part 2, we focused on describing what is taking place at each of the multiple levels of an implementation system. Within each level, there are multiple sites where people work together and shape what unfolds in the implementation process. And we described how the core program is often modified as it moves between and within these various settings and levels in the system. This descriptive analysis is important.
