Office Relationships
People working together form friendships, and they also develop negative feelings toward others they have to interact with. These feelings are natural. While such relationships pose problems, they are not nearly so difficult to deal with as long as you remember some basic edicts.
As a supervisor, it is natural for you to want to spend time with those team members whose company you enjoy the most.
