He just doesn’t want to be there. He is quiet, reserved, maybe just an introvert. He likes working with things and ideas. He is not a people person and hates meetings. He sits in these teleconference meetings and thinks about how much work he has to do and how much time he is wasting sitting here.

And yet, the team needs his expertise as they tackle this new product opportunity.
