It is inevitable that, one day, everything will go wrong. The end users are lined up waiting for you to arrive at work, your inbox is full of new mail, and the light on your phone is blinking from the messages waiting for you. The system is really slow, or the system is very broken. Whatever is wrong is very wrong, and it must be corrected immediately or sooner. What do you do now?
