It’s the end of your sprint, and as per usual, you’re having your retrospective, although this time, you’re doing it remotely. Ben is leading the meeting this time around.
“OK, we’ll keep it simple. We’re going to use the stop-start-continue format. First, let’s focus on the activities that we’d like to stop doing in the next sprint. I’ll give everyone a couple of minutes to write down their thoughts, then we’ll go around the room.”
