Recorded Artifacts
The last category we’ll look at is recorded artifacts. We mentioned earlier in the chapter that in most cases, reading and writing are the most efficient means of communication when participants are distributed around the world. However, video can serve some important purposes, especially when there are situations where it can be created with little effort or when used as a supplement to other artifacts.
