Principles for Better Remote Communication
Before we start looking at specific techniques, we should establish some principles that you can carry through all of your communication, regardless of the platform that you’re using to communicate, whether it’s synchronous or asynchronous.
A principle by definition is a foundation for a system of belief or behavior, and these principles can be the foundation of how we communicate effectively, regardless of the location of the recipient.
