A burning issue that’s been facing the technology industry for decades is a lack of diversity and inclusion within our organizations. This isn’t a superficial issue that’s only as deep as the numbers themselves. It’s a systemic issue that’s arguably one of the root causes of many of the problems that we see in technology today.
