Decisions

Running a software architecture practice, as well as building a product, running a team, making a change, and fixing a defect, are all activities that involve a never-ending series of decisions. Ultimately, the product we deliver is the accumulation of changes we decided to make—and the ones we decided not to make. A strong decision-making capability is thus an essential part of the process for an effective software architecture practice.
