Introduction
The purpose of any talent management process is to provide the business with the people capability to deliver its strategic aims. In a few cases this can be achieved just by recruiting the right skilled talent and letting them apply their abilities in the right place. More often than not, it’s about moulding and developing raw talent to fit the way the organisation works and also the changing demands of the business.
