HHO Power Conditioner
Overview
These instructions show how to build a power conditioner (Fig. 13-1) that generates the electrical output that splits liquid H2O into gaseous H2 and O2. The electrical output goes into a reactor cell (Chap. 14) in which the electrochemical reaction known as electrolysis physically occurs.
