Introduction

The Emergency Manager is responsible for the identification and the evaluation of all types of disaster and abnormal event risk exposures. The Emergency Manager is also responsible for the formulation of mitigation programs for those risk exposures which can be fixed and for generating a level of preparedness for those events which cannot be fixed.
