Initial Thoughts

Over many years of working with people who are interested in improving their professional skill sets and advancing in their careers, I have noticed one thing that is the most common denominator of their professional makeup, and I am guilty of it as well. We are proud of what we know. We tend to rely so heavily on the expertise we gain as part of our professions that we ignore the importance of so-called soft skills.
