Everything about emotional intelligence makes sense in terms of its application and benefits. However, the road to building emotional intelligence is fraught with hinderances and inhibitors. Many things can get in the way. They may be internal factors, including barriers or fears we may or may not be aware of. In any case, they can be formidable blockades to EQ.
