Emotional intelligence is about people. So is the talent development profession. If you don’t train people, you work with people on curriculum. Maybe you recruit people, or coach, or work with subject matter experts to design instructional modules. Perhaps you oversee a team of instructional system specialists or you support learners through the registration and administration of post-course evaluations.
