What Is the TLS Continuum?
Several times in previous pages of this book we talked about the TLS Continuum. For those of you who have read any of my earlier books, you will have seen and read the explanation of just what it is. For those who have just picked up this book and are not sure what the TLS Continuum is, let us look at a brief explanation of the theory and the process.
The letters TLS stand for the three components of the continuum. The letter T stands for the Theory of Constraints.
