Empowerment of Human Capital
The third level of the TLS Continuum Empowerment Model is represented by the smallest of the three levels in the pyramid but is critically the most important. It is shown as the last level of the Empowerment mind map and represents the contributions of the individual human capital assets to the organization.
It is critical that we recognize that the human capital assets within our organization represent the organizational lifeblood and therefore represent the core of the organizational DNA—Empowerment.
