It is critical that organizational feedback flow from the CEO all the way to the employees on the shop floor or in the field and back. Not only does this promote transparency and trust, but it fosters dialogue and conversation at the local level on how individuals and teams can improve employee engagement. Discussions regarding data collected can be handled using internal leadership, human resources, or focus groups using outside facilitators.
