Action Planning

The second meeting becomes more of an action planning meeting. This discussion centers on understanding the causes of low scores and working toward solutions. We encourage our clients to keep the action planning simple to make sure initiatives are executed and executed well and to focus on a maximum of three goals and initiatives for the same reasons. It is simply too easy to sit in a room and plan. The difficult work starts when we actually have to make things happen. A potential agenda for this meeting might look something like this:
