The final plan and how to use it
All the topics in the book so far have covered all the key issues and the thinking you need to go through to produce your final business plan. The production of a formal documented plan is an important step particularly to engage the stakeholders in your business. A stakeholder is the formal name for any individual or organisation that is affected by the activities of your business. It therefore encompasses investors, bankers, your main suppliers, customers, employees and maybe even your family.
