Luck or judgement
Perhaps the most common reason given for a small business’s failure by the owners is that they were unlucky. One thing is for sure, luck will play a part in your new business life and dealing with it correctly might just be the difference between success and failure.
In our own business we certainly enjoyed our fair share of good and bad luck along the way. We believe that we survived in part due to the fact that we managed both circumstances to best effect.
