Summer descended. One steamy afternoon, I sat in my office and asked myself, What do we do next?
The Mirror Mirror exercise had served its function: to help us see the reality of our situation, to create dissatisfaction with the status quo, and to build a hunger for change in the company. The anxiety and concern that some had expressed during that period had largely been replaced by a new energy and excitement.
