I am a proud Arab woman with a background in electrical engineering working in the automotive industry, which is a traditionally male-dominated field. Glass ceilings are the limits placed upon us by society. They are the societal “rules” by which we have lived for centuries and are treated such that they should not be broken. However, I believe that we should not place limits on members of our society; otherwise, we cannot evolve and move forward together.
