IP DSL Switch Deployment
This section describes the deployment of the Cisco 6000 series of IP DSL Switches in CDM. Each individual component of the switch, such as individual modules, must be brought online for the whole to be manageable in CDM. You can either deploy each component individually, as most service providers choose to do for a single switch or a single component of a switch, or you can use CDM's Deployment Wizard. The Deployment Wizard encompasses all individual components of the IP DSL Switch. The Deployment Wizard can deploy objects in CEMF before the actual deployment on a Cisco IP DSL Switch in the field.
