Introduction

When you take on the job of developing a serious game or simulation, either you’ll have to have a team in place or you’ll have to put one together — fast! Although it’s true that the individual members of the team start at different stages of the project, you still need to know that you can get the right people before you commit to doing the project.

Team building, when understood in these terms, can mean assembling the members of the team. We’ll walk you through several ways of getting it done.
