Concept Testing and Refinement

 

Introduction

 

You’ve developed a strong instructional design, a solid game design and game narrative, and an overall concept and vision for the game. A concept document or preliminary design document has captured these elements. The next step is usually to gain final approval for that design and permission to move on to the next phase. This usually requires presentation to your clients. Clients, on the other hand, may ask you to test the concept on the target audience and bring proof of audience approval to your concept presentation.
