Creatively Grouping Participants
There are hundreds of ways to form small groups in your training programs. By using the techniques suggested below, you can introduce novelty and fun into your training environment, separate learners who tend to gather with their friends and co-workers, enhance networking, and encourage the sharing of ideas.
