BUILDING A CULTURE OF ENGAGEMENT

Over the last few chapters we’ve looked at how surveys – together with more informal ‘soft’ data – can provide invaluable insight into what is driving engagement in an organization, and at how organizations can take focused, effective steps in response. These insights can be used to create a culture in which more people, more of the time, are likely to be committed and high-performing.

But what does such a culture look like, and can you really build one?
