While the strength of the brand is defined by each individual's perception, there are many factors that can influence a customer's opinion and, thereby, influence the brand.
Internal brand factors are those that can be directly and completely controlled by the organization itself. Some examples of these internal factors include the organization's name, logo, tagline, jingle, commercials, website, physical buildings, letterhead, printed brochures, billboards, phone systems, and presence on social networking sites.
