Chapter 5. Create a Dreamweaver Site

Now that you’ve created Flash Video (FLV), it’s time to create a Web site and home page for your video, embed your FLV video in a Web page, and then pop that video up on the Internet. You’ll accomplish all three of these steps in Dreamweaver CS3.

The Dreamweaver Web site manages all the files needed to make sure your Flash Video works online. And the Dreamweaver Web page will generate considerable code that allows people to watch your Flash video in a display skin of your choosing. None of this works without a Dreamweaver Web site and a Dreamweaver Web page.

You’ll use the high-quality and low-quality versions of the FLV video you saved in previous chapters. If you prefer, download those files from www.peachpit.com/vqj/flashvideo ...
