Introduction

Indonesia is one of the emerging markets of the world, with impressive economic growth as shown by steadily increasing GDP per capita from $857 in the year 2000 to $3,603 in 2016 (World Bank, 2017). Indonesia is also a member of the G20. The G20 is an international forum whose membership is comprised of the world’s largest advanced and emerging economies, representing about two-thirds of the world’s population, 85 percent of global gross domestic product, and over 75 percent of global trade.
