How You Fit into the Landscape of the Company
DO YOU know where you fit into your company? There are two parts to look at: one is from a company culture standpoint; the second is from a professionalism standpoint.
When cultures—values and beliefs—do not align, there are and will be problems. If your values are not aligned with your company’s, it will be difficult to find passion within that company and space. If your vision for where you want to be aligns with the company’s, you are in a good place to look at how you fit into the company landscape.
